Delete Your KosPro Account

Effective date: November 6, 2026

This page explains how users of KosPro (developer: PT Rancangin Aja Teknologi), the boarding-house management app on Google Play and the App Store, can request that their account and associated data be deleted.

How to request account deletion

1. Send an email to admin@rancanginaja.com from the email address registered to your KosPro account (the one you use to sign in, including your Google account email if you sign in with Google).
2. Use the subject "Delete my KosPro account".
3. We will reply within 7 days to confirm the request. If the email was not sent from the registered address, we may ask you to verify that you own the account.
4. After confirmation, your account and associated data are permanently deleted within 30 days.

Premium subscription: deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) or in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Data that is deleted

• Account information: email address, name, phone number, and sign-in credentials.
• Properties and units you created, including addresses and room details.
• Tenant data you entered (names, phone/WhatsApp numbers).
• Payment records, bills, and reports stored in the App.
• WhatsApp notification connection settings and app preferences linked to your account.

Data that may be kept

• Purchase records of Premium subscriptions held by Google Play, Apple, and our subscription processor (RevenueCat), as required for tax, accounting, and refund purposes.
• Anonymous diagnostics (crash reports and usage statistics from Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics), which are not linked to your name or email and are automatically deleted under Firebase's retention periods (at most 14 months).
• Data we are legally required to keep, only for as long as the law requires.

Encrypted backups of our database may hold deleted data for up to 30 days before being overwritten.

Langganan Premium harus dibatalkan sendiri melalui Google Play atau App Store.
