Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using KosPro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The App is developed and operated by PT Rancangin Aja Teknologi ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

KosPro is a mobile application designed to help landlords and property managers manage boarding houses (kos) and rental properties, including unit management, tenant tracking, payment monitoring, and notifications.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.
• Upload harmful or malicious content.

5. Data Privacy

• We collect and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Your property, tenant, and payment data is stored securely using encrypted connections.
• We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent.

6. Premium Subscription

Certain features (such as financial reports and automatic WhatsApp notifications) require a KosPro Premium auto-renewable subscription.

Subscription options and pricing

Billing and renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (App Store) or Google account (Google Play) at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah and may vary by region; the price displayed in the App Store / Google Play at the time of purchase applies.

7. Limitation of Liability

KosPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
